Miguel A. Nunez is a REALTOR with Keller Williams International. Arelia Nunez understands the importance of good presentation in the visual world that we live in today, and as a graphic designer uses her skills and creative expertise to build any visual products that a client may need in order to use them as efﬁcient marketing tools. Arelia works closely with Miguel to gain a deep understanding of what each client wants exactly in order to get a feel for how she will create the ﬂyers, web listing and any other forms of visual media for their home. With her natural creative edge and reﬁned graphic design skills, Arelia always knows how construct a professional image for the company.
Judd Jadulan handles all the marketing and layout task for Miguel Nunez. With over 4 years in the marketing and design industry and certification for Visual Graphic Design, Judd helps create marketing campaigns and strategies to help spread out the reach and web presence of the company. He is fairly new to the Real Estate business but is learning quickly about the necessary skills and knowledge in order to help close the listings in a timely manner.

Recently graduated from the University of California, Merced with a B.A. in sociology and minor in business management. Completed urban planning studies in Rome and interned for a Italian law firm for five months. Now, she serves as the Team Leader for Miguel Nunez and Associates, where she oversees all the marketing, field operations, while offering high quality customer service. The legal background obtained from working in various law firms, including Estate Planning, civil, family and corporate law brings a level of familiarity with the legal processes to provide great service for any Probate, Estate and Trust sales. At the same time, her ties with Mexico and Italy created a bi-cultural heritage allowing her to bring a fresh and innovative global perspective into Real Estate. Stephanie is fluent in Spanish and basic Italian.

Kay Kent began her escrow career in 1986. Currently working as Certified Escrow Officer with Carmel Valley Coast Escrow, she handles residential and commercial sale escrows. Kay is a member of the North San Diego County Escrow Association, the California Escrow Association and the American Escrow Association.
Mindy is a native San Diegan, born and raised in El Cajon. She graduated from San Diego State University majoring in Sociology. In 2000, Mindy obtained her Real Estate License after working in Property Management for 4 years. Since that time, her experiences in Real Estate include Mortgage Loan Origination, Marketing & Website Management for Real Estate, Real Estate Sales, and Transaction Coordination.
